1. The sprocket shall be installed on the shaft without tilting and swinging. The end faces of the two sprockets in the same transmission assembly should be located in the same plane. When the center distance of the sprockets is less than 0 and 5 meters, deviation of 1 mm is allowed. When the center distance of sprocket is more than 0,5 meters, deviation of 2 mm is allowed. However, friction on the side of sprocket teeth is not allowed. If the two wheels shift too much, it is easy to cause derailment and accelerated wear. Attention must be paid to check and adjust the offset when changing the sprocket.
2. The tightness of palm oil chain(GETECHAIN) should be suitable, too tight increases power consumption, and bearings are easy to wear. Too loose chain is easy to jump and take off. The tightness level of the chain is: lift or press down from the middle of the chain, and the center distance between the two sprockets is about 2-3 cm.
3. The new chain is too long or stretched after use, which is difficult to adjust. The links can be removed according to the situation, but it must be even. The chain link should pass through the reverse side of the palm oil chain, the locking piece should be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking piece should face the opposite direction of rotation.
4. After the sprocket is seriously worn, a new sprocket and a new chain should be changed at the same time to ensure good meshing. You cannot change a new chain or a new sprocket alone. Otherwise, bad meshing will be formed to accelerate the wear of new chains or sprockets. When the sprocket tooth surface is worn to a certain level, it should be turned over in time for application (referring to the sprocket with adjustable surface). So as to prolong the application time.
5. The old chain cannot be mixed with the local new chain, otherwise it is easy to produce impact in the transmission and break the palm oil chain.
6. Palm oil chain should be filled with smooth oil in time during work. Smooth oil must enter the fit clearance between roller and inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.
7. When the machine is stored for a long time, the palm oil chain should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, then coated with engine oil or butter and stored in a boring place to prevent rusting.
